Before joining Williams Law Association, P.A., Mr. Wenmark represented banking institutions, insurance carriers, and corporate clients in real estate, personal injury, and property insurance litigation matters.
He later spent several years handling first-party property insurance disputes on behalf of insurance companies, gaining firsthand knowledge of claim investigation practices, litigation strategy, valuation methodologies, and carrier decision-making.
Today, he applies that experience exclusively on behalf of Florida policyholders.
His understanding of insurers’ tactics allows him to identify problematic claim-handling practices, challenge unfair denials or underpayments, and advocate strategically for homeowners facing complex property insurance disputes.
